This position is to drive strategic sales growth and exceed financial targets for the designated region by leading and empowering high-performing sales teams.

This position also drives and executes a targeted sales strategy to penetrate the market to achieve the sales quota and EBITA goal, fostering collaboration with fellow sales leaders to maximize collective success.

Leadership & Team Management:


Establish performance guidelines and enforce accountability for direct reports, driving excellence to ensure development and goal achievement, setting expectations and measuring success.

Foster collaboration between sales teams, building and nurturing a positive, collaborative sales team culture.

Conduct regular individual and team coaching sessions to ensure development and goal achievement.



Strategic Growth & Planning:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market analysis, trends, and solutions and drive strategic plan execution.

Proactively identify and implement organizational/behavioral changes to exceed industry standards in account service and operational excellence.

Drive direct reports to build a robust pipeline with consistent growth, focusing on Dealer Development programs and existing customer segments.

Achieve and track progress on KPIs and share insights with stakeholders.



Sales & Customer Management:

Maintain relationships with top end user customers and ensure price consistency in the market and channels.

Work with the factory to secure competitive pricing for large opportunities.

Develop and implement sales/marketing campaigns aligned with business plan goals.

Achieve business plan profit targets through expense control and sales margin management.

Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies for issue resolution.



Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

8+ years of combined sales and management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in the security industry is a strong advantage.
