Job Title: Regional Director - Americas Sales O&G

Rotork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our Americas Sales O&G team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy and delivery across all sectors in the region, with a particular focus on the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Americas region
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Strategy, to drive business results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of senior sales experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering or a related field
