Civil Engineering Principal

Join our team of experts at Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) as a Civil Engineering Principal. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing our Civil/Site Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Guide the growth of the practice on both a local and regional basis
  • Collaborate with senior management and executive teams to drive business development initiatives
  • Lead a team of engineers and project managers through multi-faceted civil engineering projects
  • Assist in the recruiting and professional development of staff

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in civil engineering
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree
  • P.E. registration in Massachusetts or ability to obtain reciprocity
  • Technical design expertise, including site layout and test fits, grading, stormwater management, erosion & sedimentation control, and site utility design
  • Established client base and relationships with industry professionals and regulators
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a consulting engineering team
