Job Title: Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality land development plans
  • Perform quality control and assurance on project deliverables
  • Interface with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Prepare proposals and manage project execution
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field), M.S. in Civil Engineering preferred
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) in MA preferred
  • Experience in scope of service and budget development, and demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Ability to provide technical review of civil engineering deliverables
