Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic HR leader to drive business growth and facilitate dynamic change within our Finance, Operations, and Risk (FOR) organization. As a VP, HR Business Partner, you will align with our senior leadership teams to execute business and HR strategies, ensuring the development, delivery, and alignment of Human Resources products and services to support achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and practices in support of company and client group business plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior-level business leaders to advise on strategic and tactical plans that support their business goals.
  • Partner with managers, leaders, and ER and Legal partners to resolve employee performance and employee relations issues.
  • Lead and participate in special and cross-functional project teams and assignments as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced-level degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional-level experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years in an HR management role.
  • Core competencies include extreme organization, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management.
