Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and accurate service as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate clients about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs, including managing inventory and supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
