- Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs, including managing inventory and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License.
