Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. in Washington, DC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients, and handling phone calls and emails.
- Coordinate with the IT department to maintain office equipment and ensure seamless operations.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies, and assist with the on-boarding process for new hires.
- Manage office supplies, organize records, and ensure the professional appearance of the office.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, and schedule appointments as needed.
- Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three to five years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
