Job Summary:
Modern Support Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall business and daily office functions
- Ensure coordination of general office functions, data entry, and business functions
- Develop and implement systems of business controls
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries about services
- Assist with employee recruitment, training, and supervision
- Prepare financial and operation reports
- Ensure active and ongoing communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Good driving record and reliable transportation
- BCI clearance and other background requirements
