Sales and Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. Based in Washington, D.C., this individual will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates in developing and executing strategic sales plans to generate and optimize overall revenues.
About the RoleThis dynamic leader will have a proven track record in delivering results and a strong understanding of sales and leadership practices as it relates to hospitality. They will work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hotel group sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales in a large group hotel with at least 30,000 sq.ft. of meeting space. They will also possess advanced knowledge of sales and leadership practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates in developing and executing strategic sales plans to generate and optimize overall revenues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales team to drive maximum results
- Communicate effectively with senior management to align sales goals with business objectives
- 4-year bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of hotel group sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years as a Director of Sales or Assistant Director of Sales in a large group hotel with at least 30,000 sq.ft. of meeting space

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
