About the Role:

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is a leading provider of integrated behavioral healthcare services in Arizona. We are seeking a skilled Community Development Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement the permanent supportive housing model, providing in-field support to clients and collaborating with community agencies to secure temporary and permanent housing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred
