As an Outpatient Counselor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our participants receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Job Summary

The Outpatient Counselor is responsible for providing counseling services to participants, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as educational presentations and support groups. You will work closely with other treatment team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each participant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to participants, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other treatment team members
  • Conduct educational presentations and support groups as needed
  • Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure that participants receive comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Minimum of one year of full-time behavioral health experience
