Job OverviewAt Skyline Construction, we're committed to building better together. As a Project Engineer, you'll play a vital role in driving complex commercial construction projects to completion. You'll work collaboratively with a talented team of construction professionals to turn client visions into reality. With a focus on technical skills and people skills, you'll interact with a wide range of industry professionals and build your portfolio.Key Responsibilities
    • Conduct job walks and prepare bids.
    • Coordinate building access and prepare meeting minutes.
    • Track and review RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, and samples.
    • Complete project start-up and close-out documents.
Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, BlueBeam, Procore, PlanGrid, and CAD.
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Detail-oriented and able to read architectural/engineering plans and specifications.
    • Basic knowledge of project estimating and scheduling.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year

The starting base pay for this position has a salary range of $70,000.00 to $90,000.00.* The actual salary offer will be carefully considered based on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for health, disability, life, dental, vision along with retirement and profit sharing plans.
