As a Service Support Specialist at The Standard Hotel, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch support to all F&B staff. You will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all service areas and floor areas, adhering to our high standards and expectations.



Key responsibilities include:





  • Setting up, clearing, and cleaning tables before, during, and after service

  • Providing assistance and supplies to all servers

  • Polishing and stocking equipment for operation (silverware, linens, and glassware)

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all Food & Beverage areas

  • Running food to guest tables, ensuring correct placement

  • Ensuring dishes look correct and according to standard before delivering to guest tables

  • Maintaining guest tables and public areas to meet Hotel and Design standards and expectations

  • Replenishing side stations throughout service

  • Completing all side work duties per SOPs, including pre-shift, post-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly duties

  • Ensuring coffee is made and ready to be served when the Barista is not available

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and late hours when necessary

  • Performing other duties as requested



We offer a competitive salary of $15.00 per hour, plus tips. The estimated salary for this position is $31,200 - $40,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year. This estimate is subject to change based on location and other factors.
