Service Desk Support Specialist
Michael Page is seeking a skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in supporting a leading Financial Service company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support to a medium to large global Financial Service company with 650+ users.
- Responsible for Service Desk support, including desktop and server support, and service requests in Service Now.
- Work with internal IT teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- FS/banking experience.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with experience speaking with multiple users.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Intune and Apple Business Manager).
- Windows Environment experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
