Relationship Banker

At Old National Bank, we're committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals and dreams. As a Relationship Banker, you'll play a critical role in developing and cultivating long-term client relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow client relationships through consultative sales and service
• Identify and meet client needs by cross-selling products and services, and referring clients to business partners
• Maintain contact with clients through proactive touch points, such as onboarding, service follow-up, and regular check-ins
• Achieve sales and service targets by marketing a full range of consumer and small business banking services to existing and prospective clients
• Proactively resolve moderate to complex customer maintenance and/or client service problems using available resources
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience
• Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently NMLS registered
