Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to join our team at Bayside Terrace, LLC. As a key member of our social services department, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, training, and oversight to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to social services staff, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in mental health care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective mitigation of risks associated with safety and well-being of residents, employees, and the community.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop, review, and update treatment goals, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Coalition for the Advancement of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
  • Develop and coordinate educational in-services to promote clinical and administrative training for staff.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting, as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychologist (PsyD), or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health, with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Benefits
