Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to join our team at Bayside Terrace, LLC. As a key member of our social services department, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, training, and support to our staff, as well as ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to social services staff, including LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, PsyDs, and NPs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical supervision and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with SMHRF regulations and CARF standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to review and update policies and procedures as needed.
  • Meet with residents to discuss, develop, or review treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling).
  • 1+ year of experience in mental health, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or NP.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
