Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Healing Partners is seeking a highly skilled Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a leading provider of wound care services, we offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care settings.
  • Examine and treat chronic and acute episodic wound-related illnesses and accidents.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend follow-up care.
  • Refer to and update physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures associated with wound care.
  • Work with the medical director to provide comprehensive care and treatment to residents and staff.
Requirements:
  • Current APRN license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
  • Master's degree in Nursing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
