About BRIA
BRIA is a community-driven organization that prioritizes work-life balance and provides a compassionate care environment for our clients. As a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts, you will play a crucial role in empowering our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and implementation of social services programs in our facilities.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals, case managers, and support staff.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care.
- Coordinate referrals to external services and develop educational in-services to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Provide clinical case supervision and oversight of treatment programs.
- Assess potential clients and develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to enhance care delivery.
Requirements:
- Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.).
- At least two years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders.
- Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
