About the Role

BRIA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts to lead our social services programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of our programs, ensuring a high level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, including mental health professionals, to ensure a high level of care and support for our residents.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including wellness recovery action plans, illness management and recovery, dual diagnosis, and trauma-informed care.
  • Coordinate referrals of residents to services not provided by our facility, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Develop and coordinate educational in-services to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Provide clinical case supervision to all treatment personnel, ensuring high-quality care and support.
  • Oversight of the assessment of all potential residents, ensuring accurate and comprehensive evaluations.
  • Develop Performance Improvement Project (PIP) tools to enhance the delivery of care and improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders.
  • Three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to act decisively and delegate authority.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
