Key Responsibilities
- Utilize exceptional relationship-building skills to establish client trust and maintain loyalty.
- Advise clients on appropriate insurance policies tailored to their needs and objectives, effectively closing sales.
- Prospect for new business through various channels, including warm leads, internet inquiries, and proactive outreach.
- Maximize each customer interaction as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Implement strategies to re-engage lapsed clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
- With our tiered commission structure, candidates can earn between $55,000 - $75,000 by selling 20-30 items monthly.
Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License OR Personal Lines License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Insurance experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer software.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork, supporting colleagues in delivering excellent client service.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently to meet phone time quotas and prioritize tasks.
- Set and pursue performance goals to achieve or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms with clients and team members.
- Exhibit professionalism in all interactions to foster a positive work environment.
