We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Associate to join our team at BMW Fairfax. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales appointments with customers who contact the dealership via the internet for service of new and/or pre-owned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
