Medical Sales Account Representative

Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Medical Devices, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion within your assigned territory. This includes achieving both retail and wholesale order and revenue goals. You will accomplish these objectives through the identification, development, maintenance, and retention of key physicians, patients, payers, and other customers. Additionally, you will educate clients on required medical documentation needed to gain authorization for the corresponding equipment being ordered. You will also promote the goals and mission of the Company through effective and professional representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and market share goals
  • Identify, develop, and maintain key customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience and a proven track record of success selling within the medical industry
  • Specific knowledge of selling rehabilitation products in the medical industry, preferred

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred

Work Environment:

The work environment varies between a typical office setting and a typical automobile interior, traffic, and noise associated with commuting, along with typical patient home environments for short durations. Ambient noise levels are consistent and generally low to moderate.
