Sales Development Representative- Inbound

ServiceNow is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative- Inbound to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. This role is responsible for qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on campaign effectiveness. Working closely with Sales Development Representative- Outbound and Field Sales professionals, the primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify marketing-generated leads for potential sales opportunities
- Manage all inbound leads to sales acceptance
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns
- Attend company events and regional trade shows
- Understand ServiceNow solutions and their value proposition
- Research target accounts for prospecting activities
- Maintain contact information within the CRM
- Utilize technology to manage marketing leads
- A customer-focused mindset with a basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- Ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions
- Travel for training or meetings may be required
- This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $55,411.20 plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
