We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Support Coordinator to join our team at Gastro Health. As a key member of our gastroenterology multi-specialty group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical center.

About the Position

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. You will work Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our physicians and care center providers.
  • Streamline all patient-physician communications to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments, including recalls.

In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will also obtain lab results, complete tasks from Electronic Medical Record, and contact patients with test results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 2 years of experience as a medical assistant. A Certified Medical Assistant (AAMA) certification is preferred, as well as bilingual skills in English/Spanish.
