About the Role:
As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students in a dynamic educational setting. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the coordination and implementation of daily lesson plans and activities, maintaining a developmentally appropriate classroom environment, and keeping teachers informed of student abilities and challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or Para Pro Certificate
- Technical savvy and ability to create a positive and engaging demeanor with students and parents/guardians
- Compensation rate varies depending on experience, education, and ability
- Availability Monday through Friday during school business hours
