As a Customer Service Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our store runs smoothly, from opening to closing, and drive business results through effective visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives sales growth through effective merchandise planning, visual merchandising, and floor presentation
  • Coaches and develops sales associates to achieve daily sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
  • Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience; supervisory/managerial experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
