Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, hardware, and network systems
Assist clients with software and hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance

Requirements:
Associate's degree and minimum 2 years of IT support experience, or bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of professional IT support experience
Strong technical skills and knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
