Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Specialist to join our team at Venture Hire Group LLC. As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the delivery of highly technical products, including inspection, testing, integration, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform incoming inspections of vendor components
  • Inspect quality of components and systems per approved procedures
  • Integrate the control console and rate table of one, two, and three-axis systems
  • Install and upgrade systems at customer facilities
  • Perform in-house and field service troubleshooting and repair of equipment as required
  • Assist in the troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
  • Answer customer support requests via phone or email

Requirements

  • Associate of Science degree Electronics or similar from an accredited college or technical trade school; equivalent military training will be considered
  • At least 2 years of experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills of electronic and electro-mechanical systems required
  • Knowledge of electrical test equipment such as DVM, Oscilloscopes, Signal Analyzers, Current Meters, Frequency Counters required
  • Ability to travel 30%, domestic/ international

Compensation

  • $70,000 Base
