Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to lead our commercialization efforts in introducing OSA therapy to assigned sales territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales plan and therapy awareness milestones, assessing new potential accounts, and driving implant growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercialization strategies to introduce OSA therapy to assigned sales territories
- Assess new potential accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive implant growth through prompt account activation and efficient patient throughput
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quota
- Ensure commercial centers follow patient selection guidelines, implant techniques, and effective therapy methods
- Facilitate local payer education and development process
- Collaborate with marketing and sales operations teams to refine and enhance outreach programs
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years minimum sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong computer skills with MS office, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines
- Ability to travel within territory, including overnights as needed
- Experience with assisting in the implantation and follow-up of implantable devices
- Experience in market development and building referral programs within the medical industry
