Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Psychologist-Assessment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out integrated psychological evaluations, assessing, diagnosing, and providing recommendations to inform treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct psychological evaluations, including clinical interviews, review of records, psychological testing, test scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions.
  • Service Delivery: Provide face-to-face and Telehealth services to clients.
  • Report Writing: Write concise, evidence-based, and strength-based reports that provide clear recommendations for treatment and educational planning.
  • Test Administration: Be well-versed and competent in the administration of tests or measures.
  • Training and Education: Agree to training and education on any unfamiliar clinical work needed at Compass Health.
  • Documentation: Complete all required OTR/PA's to allow for billing of service in a timely manner, and document clinical service delivery within 24 hours of consumer contact.
  • Productivity: Meet productivity expectations by completing an appropriate number of psychological evaluations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the integrated treatment team and maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health record system.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision to psychology interns and residents.
  • Professional Standards: Abide by all professional, certification, and corporate ethical standards in performance duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctorate degree in psychology required.
  • Experience: At least two (2) years' experience preferred.
  • Licensure: Missouri PLP or LP required.
