We are seeking a highly skilled Crisis Center Clinician to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a Crisis Center Clinician, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services to individuals in need, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage individuals presenting at our Crisis Access Point, assessing their behavioral health needs and providing appropriate interventions.
  • Provide direct and indirect services to individuals in crisis, including assessments, referrals, and follow-up support.
  • Supervise and support staff on shift at the Crisis Access Point, ensuring a high level of care and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including law enforcement and emergency medical services, to provide holistic services to individuals in need.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to agency and state regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
  • Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or a licensed therapist with at least two years' experience.
