Compass Health Network is seeking a highly skilled ITCD Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will be responsible for providing specialized services for the treatment of co-occurring substance use and mental illness to individuals enrolled in our Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide service provision based on multidisciplinary rehabilitation plans, including assessing level/stage of treatment, administering assessment tools, and providing individual co-occurring counseling.
- Arrange and provide co-occurring educational and process counseling groups, as well as prepare and/or participate in the development of individualized treatment plans and treatment reviews.
- Provide outreach and engagement services as needed, and assist in the assessment and documentation of consumer eligibility for services.
- Responsible for appropriate documentation and recording within the case record according to policy, and participate in ongoing clinical supervision and weekly team meetings.
- Assist clients with transportation as clinically indicated, and drive is an essential function of this position.
- High School/GED required, with a Bachelor's/master's degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation/vocational/pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a closely related field preferred.
- Must be provisionally or fully licensed in therapy in the state of Missouri (PLMFT, LMFT, PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW), or QAP-certified with one of the following credentials (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP, CCDP-D, RADC, and RADC-P).
- One (1) year of training or supervised experience in substance abuse treatment required, with 24 hours of training in co-occurring content and supervision from experienced co-occurring staff as approved by the department.
- A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required.
