Crisis Center Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Center Clinician to join our team at Compass Health Network. As a key member of our crisis response team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals in behavioral health crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Triage and Assessment: Swiftly and kindly assess individuals presenting at the Crisis Access Point, identifying their behavioral health needs and determining the most appropriate course of action.
- Case Management: Provide full assessments, complete agency intake documentation, and assess the appropriateness of referrals for all services, both internal and external.
- Supervision and Leadership: Function as the lead for the multi-disciplinary team, providing supervision to staff on shift at the Crisis Access Point and working collaboratively with team members and external partners.
- Cultural Competence: Provide culturally competent services to meet the unique needs of each agency consumer and family member.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to agency and state regulations.
- Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology preferred; Bachelor's degree in a human services field required.
- Experience: Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) as defined in 9 CSR QQ) or a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR RR) or a licensed therapist with at least two years' experience and working knowledge of DSM-5.
- Licensure: If a licensed therapist, must have one of the following: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT. If a QAP, must have one of the following: CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, CCDP.
