About the Role

This Business Operations Manager position plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the associated processes for Renewals Sales and Global solution sales engineering and professional services delivery functions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of the renewal strategy, professional services, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Standardize and document operational processes for renewals, service delivery, project management, and revenue recognition.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes, drive technology adoption, and enhance operational efficiency.

Develop strategies to improve customer experience, increase retention, and expand service opportunities.

Identify process gaps and implement solutions to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.

Generate and analyze reports on key metrics such as renewal rates, utilization, and project margins, providing actionable insights.

Ensure data integrity across reporting systems, including CRM and PSA tools.

Provide operational support for sales quota management, territory planning, resource allocation, and contract management.

Drive the development of tools, templates, and processes for regional and global forecasting.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or professional services operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems, PSA tools, Excel, and data visualization tools, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in leading cross-functional projects, driving process improvements, and managing change, with strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Zoom Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $121,600.00 to $266,000.00, as well as a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.
