Position Overview:
Deliver outstanding customer support with understanding, kindness, and patience as our clients navigate their insurance and healthcare requirements.

Professionally manage a significant volume of incoming inquiries.

Demonstrate the ability to utilize and operate multiple platforms concurrently.

Exhibit reliability and adhere to all attendance standards.

Resolve client concerns following one-call resolution protocols and/or escalation procedures.

Achieve or surpass organizational and client performance benchmarks.

Continuously assess and identify opportunities for process enhancements that positively influence our client and its customers.

Responsible for managing de-escalation communications.

Willingness to accept and adapt to changes within the current business landscape.
