About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Global Talent Acquisition to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and implementing a customer-centric approach to support the identification, curation, and management of our extended workforce.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the category strategy, creating a multi-year roadmap, and leading a team of Senior Strategic Sourcing Managers. You will also be expected to inform process improvements and technology enhancements with the VMS technology, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

  • Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to support the identification, curation, and management of our extended workforce.
  • Lead transformation programs to mature the category management of Third Party Labor including expansion into new geographies.
  • Inform process improvements and technology enhancements with the VMS technology, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results.
  • Serve as primary POC to our program's key Third Party partners, including leading contractual negotiations, managing the relationships, and partnering on our mutual strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to achieve optimal usage of our Third Party providers.
  • Delegate and assign work to the team optimizing for team workload, efficiencies, and subject matter expertise.
  • Mitigate risks associated with third-party relationships.
  • Act as point of escalation for where Third Party Sr. Director is unavailable.

Requirements

  • Strong program management skills and experience leading teams.
  • Experience with Extended Workforce platforms (VMS/HRIS systems).
  • Strategic, customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience in the contract staffing industry.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end procurement and non-employee hiring processes.
