RN Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled RN Coordinator to supervise clinical operations on our nursing floors and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of executive personnel. This role involves making clinical rounds, supporting charge nurses, ensuring safety and security, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical operations on nursing floors
  • Assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of executive personnel
  • Make clinical rounds to ensure appropriate nursing care
  • Support charge nurses and ensure safety and security
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve quality care

Requirements:

  • Active MA RN license
  • Minimum 2 years in hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, staffing)
  • Flexibility to work at multiple sites
  • Willingness to educate staff and provide training
  • Competence in nursing skills
  • Ability to work with all personality types
  • B.L.S. Certification required
