Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team at Square One Concepts. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, offering opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
  2. Manage and maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and maintain smooth operations during service.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, including ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

Salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices, including proper storage, handling, and hygiene procedures.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
