JSM Airport Services, LLC (a subsidiary of JSM & Associates, LLC) is in search of a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Operations Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will oversee the operational, customer service, and financial dimensions of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
This position entails managing all facets of effective site operations, including but not limited to:
- Setting priorities and objectives (both short-term and long-term) to align with the Company's vision and strategic goals.
- Ensuring compliance with customer contract requirements.
- Conducting regular relationship meetings with clients to:
- Guarantee customer satisfaction
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Evaluate opportunities for future projects/sales

- Adjusting work processes and methodologies as necessary to fulfill contract and company objectives.
- Overseeing daily operational and administrative functions of the site, including:
- Recruitment and hiring
- Staff training and career development
- Performance assessments
- Disciplinary actions
- Staff morale and motivation

- Conducting staff meetings and assigning work tasks.
- Complying with company training programs and applicable safety regulations, including OSHA standards.

- Assisting in the formulation of the annual site budget.
- Regularly reviewing financial reports for the site, including:
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Capital expenditures
- Payroll

- Flexibility to work various schedules, as the airport operates 24/7.

Basic Qualifications:
The essential qualifications for this role include:

A minimum of a 4-year college degree in a business-related field or at least 4 years of equivalent experience in a relevant area.

Note: These requirements may be superseded by higher contract specifications.


- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
- Exceptional organizational abilities; adept at managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting reports and business correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player with a customer service focus.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred qualifications for this position include:
- At least 3 years of experience in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) operation and maintenance.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role within a service industry or airport environment.
- Documented experience in Project Management or Organizational Development.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.

This full-time, non-exempt position will be based on-site. Our team operates on various schedules, as this is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.

Work hours will total 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday.

Shift assignments will be determined based on airport requirements and the strengths, skills, and experience of the technician.

Employees are expected to be adaptable to potential changes in shift assignments, including working on holidays that coincide with scheduled workdays.


The successful candidate must pass a drug screening, a driver's license verification, federal fingerprinting, and a security threat assessment, along with airport security badging.
