Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Loss Estimator to contribute to our expanding operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct thorough inspections to assess the necessary repair scope.
  • Manage the estimation, scoping, and sales processes for insurance and property restoration claims related to fire, water, storms, wind, and hail damage affecting both residential and commercial properties.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Xactimate and Symbility on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate effectively with insurance companies, adjusters, clients, and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and develop strategies for restoring properties to their pre-loss conditions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of claim files and ensure clear communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service, project coordination, and management of in-house resources.
  • Analyze challenges and devise suitable solutions.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the insurance sector.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Proven experience in large loss estimating and established relationships with insurance adjusters.
  • A minimum of 4 years in construction estimation within the insurance restoration field.
  • Expertise in Symbility and Xactimate, with a track record of crafting detailed proposals.
  • Experience in residential estimating exceeding $100,000.
  • Background in fire, water, and mold damage restoration.
  • Ability to foster professional relationships with colleagues and vendors.
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
