  • Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, schedules, and employee performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and estimate project costs and budgets.
  • Review crew performance and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or degrees in landscaping, integrated pest management, or horticulture are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in landscaping and team supervision.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in time management and task prioritization.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Wage: Starting at $19.00 per hour
