As a key member of the Go-to-Market Strategy team within the North America Sales Organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, visibility, and prioritization across projects that drive Sales. In this role, you will support the Sales leadership team by owning and maintaining the Sales project roadmap, ensuring alignment with changing business trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a standardized project management playbook with guidelines and resources to support consistent tracking and visibility across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups within Sales and across the company to drive project success.
- Partner with Sales Planning, Sales Ops & Enablement, Field Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT Systems, Training, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and other teams to build scalable processes and frameworks.
- Support the Go-to-Market management team by providing project health reports and summaries to key stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
- 2-5 years of project or program management experience in the Go-to-Market, Sales, or Business Operations space.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and trackers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
- Ownership mindset and team player attitude.
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities at once.
