Role Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will assist the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by fulfilling essential duties aimed at deterring potential theft and dishonesty. Your presence will enhance the customer shopping experience while collaborating closely with store teams and loss prevention efforts. You will exercise sound judgment to ensure safety for yourself and others, while upholding the integrity of the Company brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a professional posture in designated areas
  • Acting as a visual deterrent against theft
  • Familiarizing yourself with the Store Emergency Response Guide
  • Wearing a complete Company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera
  • Greeting customers with courtesy and respect
  • Establishing a presence at the front of the store or within departments
  • Assisting customers by directing them to store management or customer service via Company-issued communication devices
  • Observing and reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
  • Conducting a closing safety sweep of the store with management
  • Adhering to all Company policies and procedures
  • Documenting incidents in the AIIM Case Management system
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective decision-making abilities
  • Initiative and the capability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • The ability to stand for extended periods
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail or security
