Job Summary

The University of Pennsylvania is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Staff member to join our Racquet Sports team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to inquiries about memberships, private lessons, clinics, programs, and summer camp.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist members with navigating and utilizing the facility's app.
- Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Continuously provide excellent customer service to address member needs and questions.
- Manage reservations for tennis courts, ensuring an organized schedule.
- Efficiently check in both visitors and members.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and record keeping.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the facility.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with tennis and sports facilities is beneficial.
