Job Summary

The Hospitality Associate plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and nutrition. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and deliver patient meal trays accurately and efficiently, adhering to time and temperature standards.
  • Enter patient menu preferences and dietary information into Computrition to ensure safe and satisfying meals.
  • Retrieve patient trays and restock as needed.
  • Utilize Cerner and Computrition to verify diet orders and ensure accuracy.
  • Work safely and follow all safety policies, including proper hand hygiene.
  • Report incidents or hazards immediately and monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures.
  • Discard outdated food items and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Proactively resolve food service-related issues and respond to communications in a timely manner.
  • Attend skills training opportunities and continually develop job knowledge.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, move, and load 20-30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Comfortable using computers and software applications.
