As a Sales and Product Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our store managers and assistant managers with daily sales, store operations, and general care of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with making the best selection for their flooring projects.
  • Proactive Selling: Engage in proactive selling, including outbound sales calls to customers and pros, to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Store Operations: Assist with the upkeep of the flooring warehouse, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess a passion for customer service and a desire to grow within our company.
  • Customer Facing Experience: Have customer-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Education: Hold a High School degree, GED, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Possess engaging communication skills and be a conversation starter.
  • Technical Skills: Be comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office products, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to occasionally lift heavy boxes and be willing to learn and operate a forklift (all training will be provided).
