Emergency Preparedness:
Familiarize yourself with the arena's emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safety of all guests in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience in hospitality or entertainment settings (preferred).
  • A passion for assisting and engaging with people.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • A positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

Schedule Flexibility:
Availability to work during most home basketball games and weekends is essential.
