  • Collects Patient Liabilities: You will collect patient liabilities and document amounts in the appropriate fields.
  • Works with Partnering Departments: You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Provides Wayfinding Instructions: You will provide patients with clear directions and information about hospital services.
  • Maintains a Safe Environment: You will ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic Computer Skills: You must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Windows applications.
  • Ability to Work Variable Schedules: You must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Influenza Vaccination: You must be able to receive an influenza vaccination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registration Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience in a registration role.
  • Medical Terminology: You must have a basic understanding of medical terminology.
  • Insurance Knowledge: You must have knowledge of insurance policies and procedures.
