Role Overview:
Are you passionate about UL508A control panel design and eager to utilize your expertise in standards and mentorship?

Are you seeking the next step in your AutoCAD Electrical design career?

We are in search of an Electrical CAD Supervisor who is ready to enhance our CAD experience.

This role involves providing technical leadership to a team of CAD Designers primarily working with AutoCAD Electrical and Autodesk Vault. Industrial control panel designs will be executed using AutoCAD Electrical, while controlled drawings and standards will be managed in Autodesk Vault. You will coordinate the efforts of up to 10 CAD Designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering to design and document electrical schematics, PI&Ds, and panel layouts for various projects.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of CAD standards and procedures, ensuring compliance and enforcement.
- Support productivity enhancements and customizations, including the implementation of automated quality checks.
- Provide technical expertise for the seamless transfer of CAD data to production CNC machines.
- Assist in training internal users on corporate CAD standards, software updates, and best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Offer production and technical CAD support for all CAD software across the organization.
- Facilitate regular CAD meetings to share new information and updates with the CAD Group.
- Efficiently allocate CAD Designer resources to appropriate projects, optimizing workload distribution.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring timely project delivery and optimal productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-Year degree in CAD Technology.
- 10 years of experience using AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Essential experience with UL508A Control Panel design.
- A servant-leadership attitude is preferred.

Physical Demands:
Seeing, color perception, hearing, listening, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, and the ability to travel for meetings and projects to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:
Standard office environment:
Frequent use of personal computers, facsimile, and copy machines, along with other office equipment.
